Rx was 75, I went with 55 bc them thruster be heavy! And went to my knees on the push-ups at 37 bc my form was starting to get droopy

This morning’s workout was the first workout that I’ve done that almost made me cry. Literally, brought tears to my eyes because mentally I didn’t think I was going to get through it. I have never had that feeling before. I pushed through though and managed to complete the workout in under 30 minutes!

On a side note.. Dyed my hair dark and had four inches chopped off :)

Forged Gone Bad 2 this morning to raise money for the autism society of nc! 254 reps this year! Not exactly where I want to be but I didn’t scale this year!

Plus a post wod beverage for my friend’s birthday! :)
