Yeah, I suck at updating! Didn’t get a wod in this weekend (birthday parties) but did run 2 miles Sunday and did some push-ups and burpees at home. Worked today but made it to the gym :)
I was kind of excited about this… The same workout I did last September. However, this time around was different. I Rx’d it this time… I push pressed 10# more this today, sdhp 20# more, and used a wall ball 4# more than I did last September. My total rep count was 231 (234 last time not at Rx)…. After a full day of work!
I’m so proud of myself and it is truly awesome to see how far I have come :)
